Is There an App for That?
Several smartphone or tablet applications-better known as apps-can help psychiatrists and patients meet their needs for medical knowledge. So many apps are now on the market, however, that choosing among them can be overwhelming. Psychiatrist John Luo, M.D., a past president of the American Association for Technology in Psychiatry, helps psychiatrists navigate through the app options.
